    Let the list begin:
    1. Called back and forth 3 times since they claim they didn't get the order number from 4WP(Which my guy sent three times)

    2. Already a week late and they just started to process the order. A few more days go by and I call on wednesday.

    3. Wednesday he said it was ready and it will ship monday after V2R. I said why not just seal it and ship it that day but whatever.

    4. Monday comes around and "yeah its ready and will ship tomorrow"

    5. Tuesday evening i call and he says they still need to make the top shock plate which will take a few days and i said fuck that just send the kit and ill pick those up

    6. I got those from King and camburg "shipped" the kit yesterday.

    7. I call this morning and 4WP only received HALF the kit. Camburg claims that UPS "left" the second box there and ill get everything tomorrow.

    8. I hope i get all the correct parts...

    Fuck you Camburg. Rant over.

What amazes me is how easy and inexpensive it would be to hire a young enthusiast of the offroad world for 10-20 $/hour. Some kid could answer every phone call, be informational to potential customers, and help already purchased orders get shipped out pronto. All while having the time of their life saying they work at "Camburg".

Camburgs never answered any of my calls and will never get any of my buisness because of that, plain and simple.

I don't know if you're the owner/ or just a worker for SDHQ, but it's so stupidly simple and smart to hire someone with some sort of marketing experience, and experience in the offroad community, to answer the phone and to represent the company on forums such as Tacomaworld, which hold huge numbers of potential customers.

Camburg is either too retarted to realize that, or they've forgotten about the small-time "few-thousand-dollar-customer" and moved up to the big money scene.

Camburg used to do that... Dude sat on the daily threads on DR haha

SDHQ truly has the best customer service in the industry! Never missed a call and everything i have ever ordered showed up early. Even when i forgot to order enough of one part and they over nighted it for me!

All Pro answers the phones but I'll take my suspension any day. I judge a company by quality of product, not so much on the secretary skills. If it was the level of Glassworks I would understand but as Tyler said welcome to off road, shit rarely happens in the time frame you think it will.

Edit: Dont get me wrong customer service is always appreciated but it has to be pretty bad to make me dislike a company. I remember asking for something simple like bump cans froma certain company for over a month, they took down mu number twice and said they would call when they were in stock, no calls and when I asked again the next month they had no idea they were even out of stock
