Found a 2009 Tundra Double cab with 60k miles certified with a 4.0 V6 engine. Drove it today and absolutely love it. Here is a pic. Nothing is final yet until they fix some of the minor stuff for me. Im going to be paying only $30 more per month than what im paying for the taco now.

How long before you trade that in and get another Tacoma? What did you get after you traded your last Tacoma in?

had gotten a Sequoia :D i wouldve kept the sequoia but the $400 payment, and the gas was killing me. Also i needed a truck to go camping in. I cant really tell you how long before i trade it back in to get a TAcoma, we will see.

Thanks i like them. With some big tires and wheels, they look so much better than this.

the back seat room in those is horrible, the taco has just as much room. get a crew max if you are getting 4 door

not many crew max for sale and if they are, they are very expensive. Its a lot wider than the Tacoma though.

Just a question, if gas was killing you in the sequoia. How would getting a v6 tundra help? Power to rate ratio would be better off with the v8 wouldn't it?

a $400 payment + gas was killing me 3 years ago when i made half of what i make now. A $150 / month payment + almost the same ammount of gas milage that i have now, wont kill me. not to forget, my tacoma is 2005 86k miles and this Tundra is 2009 60k miles certified.

yeah i know. The truck is super clean and drives really really nice. i wasnt really going to buy it but after driving it, i decided i will. they are bed lining the bed for me and installing new tires. The rear bumper had a ding, so they told me they will replace it. I should be able to get it by next week.

The stance on the second tundra looks nice.
