Yeah, I used to run ChinaMans gulch every year with the jeep on Labor Day. So I know how packed that area can get, and the trail up TinCup gets hammered hard too. I am looking for a more low key family fun trip. I really wish I could squeeze it on another weekend so I didnt have to deal with the vacationers but this is the only off time the wifey has.

 

Anybody know what Terryal and Jefferson Lake are like? A guy at work said its a good place to go.

 

I camp at taryall all the time. On a big weekend you better get there Thursday night or early Friday morning. All the spots get loaded up fast. There are tons of regrowth areas you can't camp in anymore.

 

Thanks Devin, Im not sure where the hell to go to be honest. I have never camped around here. I took the wife to MOAB or Ouray/Silverton area last couple years. I just dont feel like making that far of a trip with the wife and 2year old. I guess I will just have to keep searching and worse case scenario I can make the longer treak out to gunnison area.

By not going to court, they are labeling him guilty and taking his wins away. Not really fair, but it comes down to Armstrong wanting to defend himself in court and he chose not to.

 

Sucks for him so bad, especially When he isn't even riding anymore. Oh well right, he knows he won 7 times and having the medals is probably no biggie!!!

 

Yeah I text my buddy who is a cyclist an at the races right now and he was pissed about it.
