I spoke with the manager at Hooter's in O.C. again tonight to confirm the expected amount of people attending. He told me he'll have both resturant sections open and few extra staff on hand to take care of us. Plus for those of you that are familiar with O.C. the weather always says that. Last summer they called for "scattered thunderstorms" all week and it didn't rain once.
