I have a 2003 tacoma 2.7 auto. It has about 170,000 on it and i was just offered a 2003 v6 manuel supercharged engine for $500 from a friend that wants it gone. I just need to if it's worth trying to make the swap i really would like the extra power and wish i had a v6 now anyway. Just need some input on how much it will cost and if it is even possible. Thanks

    ...too much shit to list.
You'll need harness, motor mounts, ecu, transmission, and the patience of a monk.

I'm pretty sure they use the same transmission. Not sure about the rest though.

EDIT: You've got a 5 lug. Sorry, I don't know shit about those trucks

allright thanks, as far as i can tell the only difference between 5 lug and pre runner is suspension.
