Are the coils any different than the ones on my sport or did they just come off an offroad addition'

They are different from the Sport coils, Off Road coils are progressives, and Sports are not, I think it is generally accepted that progressives are better.

    Thanks

Did the spacer give 1 inch lift or is 1 inch thick? That is the spacer I've been looking for. I wish you knew who made it. Were they on the truck already or did you buy them or what? I'm looking to level mine but all the spacers I see are 2+ inches. Only ones I can find that are 1 inch or so require a spring compressor to install.

But maybe its a sign I should wait for Billies.

I bought the spacers from another member for a short period of time until I got billies, They were top plate spacers, no spring compressor needed for install. The spacers were 1" thick, and gave about 2" of lift, because of the angle they created with the LCAs they gave more lift, generally a spacer will give double the lift compared to its thickness.

If you want a 1" lift, go to Wheelers, I think they sell a 1/2" spacer.

I was thinking of this one: See the 1/2" AL top plate spacer for $52 for the pair, but you will also need to get longer studs, they sell them below that for $15, and to install the studs you need to get a spring compressor. Honestly, at that point you are about 1/3 of the way to front 5100s, I would just go that route, then you dont need the studs or the spacer, just reuse the coils and set them at .85" of lift and move on. If you are going to compress the coils, just wait and install 5100s.
