Finally picked up the compressor today!! Ingersoll Rand Garage Mate 20 gallon compressor.

 

Looks like you had a blast lucario @ MSR, I been to that track before on my old R6. Ran off at " Diamond's Edge ". Went in way too hot into that turn.

 

Its an awesome track. Good for learning a thing or two.

 

Been to any of the other tracks in texas?

 

No, at least not yet. I kinda have to tread the waters racing a truck on their track. MSR houston hasn't giving me any grieve about racing a truck on their track so I consider it my "home" course. I've been looking around though, do you have any suggestions? I would love to race on the F1 austin track but I haven't even spoken to anyone there.

I have been to H2R in san marcos, Tws in college station, Eagles Canyon in Denton, MSR Cresson and MSR Houston. All very fun tracks. I don't know how those other tracks are on running trucks. I would definitely look into it though. The Track school organizations should have plenty of knowledge and info about what is allowed. I believe the austin track will be complete towards the end of this year. A close friend of mine was there a few weeks ago checking it out. I'm looking forward to going there. Probably gonna be expensive since it is an F1 track.

Well if you have lift bags you should be good, I also had a pre-TSB leaf pack with just an AAl and I didn't have any squeaking issues at least none that I heard. I haven't heard any issues with dakars, but that could also be related to what region of the country they live in. Colder areas tend to have snow, ice,(salty roads) alot of moisture too. If you have a stock leaf pack (I wouldn't bother if your upgrading soon) just pull em, clean em, repaint them, and slip a little plastic pad (if there isn't one already) in between that should help. The LR UCA's are good but may take some trial and error in clocking just right to get that perfect alignment.

Gonna be the wife's DD for a while, at least for a few years till I get her something else and i'm ready for another car payment, then it'll be my ride or expo rig.

 

Those Land Cruisers are cool

 

I know been wanting one for a while, this one has some miles on it but it runs great, the ac is ice cold, leather is intact, and all electronics work, couldn't get any better for the price.
