    also, the d3200 from Sam's comes with the "AF-A Zoom Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR" lens. is the other lens worth an additional $200?

    Is there any way to make a panorama without photoshop? Took some pictures last night of a nice sunset, but don't have anything but iPhoto. I could transfer them to my iPhone and try an app, but the app I tried doesn't let you select photos from my library.

    I don't know what camera you are using but often times, they come with software that allows you to do some basic edits. You might look there first.

    If you're still looking for something cheap, there are a couple of choices. GIMP is one (google it). There is a Windows version of Autostitch that you can use too.

    Yes the other lens is worth it. I recommend you start watching some videos on Youtube about exposure and such.

    I think you did OK for your first time. The key is to make an even exposure all along and to think about the end result.
