I know I can feel differences with certain products as well. Especially the muscle pharm products.

These aren't life changing products as theyre legal herbs and vitamins, they're "supplements" to an already sound program! Just IMO!

As far as the out of shape thing. I get winded quickly and tired/fatigue quickly. Not sure about my recovery. Think that is normal or closer to the bad side. Sometimes when I get winded it takes a while to get my breath. Don't have asthma, checked that out too. I don't do cardio workouts that often either. Don't like running because of the cant breath feeling. On a heart rate monitor now to see if they can figure anything out.

running sucks. go for lower impact. ever try riding a bike? a stationary bike is garbage. get out on a real bike, and ride. i have finished twice the Seattle to Portland bike ride, 204 miles. from my house, it is maybe a mile and a half on backroads to the nearest trail that is good for riding. if you want a harder work out, go ride a mountain bike with full suspension and knobby tires out on the streets or paved trails for awhile. if you want to get fast, get a road bike. my bike is an old mountain bike with a rigid frame (goes back to before suspension on bikes), converted to a road bike sort of. the bike is a specialized rock hopper. i changed out the crank set to 48/38/28. the tires are specialized fatboys, which are full slicks. i have added aero bars, and replaced the grips. the seat i have changed several times, and that is the hardest thing to get right.

riding a bike will definitely get your cardio worked up more without ruining your knees.

Push ups, sit ups, squat thrusts, squats, jumping jacks, body builders, sun gods, lots of running about 5 miles daily and many other stuff. We start hitting the gym for free weights I think this week. Am I in what program?

A weight loss challenge in my office prompted me to start running at least 1.5 miles every day. Some days I run a full 5k and when I run the shorter distance I interval my speeds. When I started a few weeks ago I couldn't maintain 6mph for more than 3 minutes without having to walk. Now I can run/jog 2 miles straight going between 8 and 6mph straight. On the short course days I also hit my home gym for 30-40 mins. Not trying to put on a bunch of muscle, just trying to lose weight, be fit, and get my wife to wanna sit on my face more often.

Don't forget to diet. Cut the carbs, raise the good fats and raise the protein. Try to cut down on the insulin spikes.

Oh yah, been counting cals and eating turkey and chicken instead of beef. Cut out beer almost completely and pop completely.

been losing a pretty steady 2lbs/week
