I was wondering how much Horsepower will you end up with on a 2008 trd 4.0 after installing a supercharger. Anybody knows? Is it a complete kit or you need to add a bunch of shit with that?

Depends on what kit you get, trd makes a bolt on & so does urd. Look at the taco wiki page for info.

the trd sc by its self is good for 70hp and 70ft/lbs with other supporting mods yes you can pull in the 380 range with a trd kit or the 420 range with the urd kit. the trd kit will make more torque then the urd kit but the urd kit will have a higher peak power number

Without the Stegemeir SnakeBite, or NOS, the TRD s/c won't reach the 400 whp mark. Even with all complementing bolt-ons.

Intake and long tubes will get you about 315 whp. Y-pipe, catback, and pulley will get you higher.

Yeah, i like to say it like that sometimes. Reminds me of a funny/lame video that a friend of mine made. NOS on a Toyota Tacoma. Proceeds to pull up the back seat, then there is a bottle of NOS under it. Then he "purged" the system by releasing the cap a little. Lol

Most definitely do this. I used the 10%off discount code for the magnuson supercharger through URD. That’s a pretty heafty discount.

Edit: you can also get yourself a smaller pulley and short shifter while your at it.
