Gas milage  and I'm working less during the winter.

And (this is just dreaming) and older 85 Yota or 1st Gen access cab. And then as for a bike, probably a cheap ass R6 :p

Just get a cheap bike; you'll save gas and not loose your ass moving your truck right now.
Gas is up so trucks are down.

x2 defiantly dont sell your truck. You can get a cheap 98 Yamaha R6 for like 4K new depending where you look even cheaper used. Had my 98 all the way up to my Junior year in high school great daily driver! :D Except when the rain hit  43mpg ftw! Sadly had to let it go but went on to bigger and better things like my Taco. :) only thing I miss is mpg really.

Don't forget insurance; street bikes can be expensive when you are under 25 and do not have much legal riding experience. Do you have your license yet?

My insurance was 83$ a month with Progressive when I had my R6. For my job at the time 83$ was nothing since I hardly had to worry about gas as I didnt ride that far anyway. No tickets or anything. Got my class M when I turned 17. Depends what company your with I guess because I had a friend with Geico that payed 130 a month but rode an 04 R6. Although he did have 2 tickets also at the time too I believe.

Tickets, bike value, and motor size play the big factors it seems lately. I know when I went to get full coverage on my bike the monthly cost was more than a payment so I dropped it to basic coverage and now I pay $80 a year.

Nice; I'm not far behind you then. I have three semesters left.

Yep - I'm looking forward to the party. I already know where I want it to be and I'll have to have somebody at the door checking people for cameras. :D I have three years of lost time to make up for and I intended to get started on it the weekend after I graduate. Oddly enough I haven't decided if I want to go up to Arlington to do the whole "cross the stage" thing or not. I've done the whole thing online so shouldn't they just email me the diploma?

I can't wait to start having my free time back though. I'll be able to get to the gym again, work on the bike, work on the 4Runner, and get to the range like I used to.

I just hope I make it through these last semesters my accounting teacher isn't too good with English, he's an older Japanese guy and he seems like a really nice guy just wish he wasn't teaching the class.

As I understand it now you have to go through a safety course before you can get your M endorsement. The safety course will set you back $125-150 depending on where you go. I did it back in '06 and it was money well spent IMO. You're always going to have a hard ass that says he didn't learn anything at one; but he probably wouldn't learn anything if he could talk to Einstein either.
