17x8 Konig CounterSteer Type X

I believe the stock tires look a little smaller because the Countersteers are wider than the stock wheels, and the stock tires are more of a highway pattern / conservative design. Plus the spoke design of the Countersteer Type X makes the wheel look a little longer compared to the stock wheels. Once you put some All-Terrain tires on there the whole package will really come together, even if you still stick with the stock tire size of 265/65R17.

P.S. Your paint looks really clean! The reflection of the trees on your truck looks really cool.

It's been awhile since I've been on here.

First off, thanks Dustin, the wheels look amazing and showed up super quick!

I had intended to post pics as soon as I got them installed, but there seemed to be some delays with my lift kit shipping out, so I waited since they likely won't fit with the size tires I put on them.

Here are two shots now that I got the tires put on them, however the wheels and tires are just propped up next to the truck so I can dream about what it will look like.



I decided to go with BFG KM2's at 285/70 17

do these come with lug nuts and hub centric rings?

Center caps and hub centric rings are included with every set of four wheels, and I offer lug nuts for a slight additional cost.

The 17x8" Countersteer Type X can definitely be made in 5x114.3 for the 5-lug Tacomas. We just need to get 10 customers together to leave deposits for their orders to meet Konig's factory minimum.

Would you be interested in leaving a deposit on a set? We can try to get something going for 5-lug Tacomas.

Got any pics of the bronze on a white Tacoma? Those rims will fit a 235/75/15 right?

 

The Countersteer Type X is a 17" wheel, so it won't work with 15" tires. Are you interested in 17" wheels?
