ok. for about a year now i been wanting a best top.(easy to take off, just want dry space really. no need to lock much up) and i was going to do an ammo can. ok past week or 2 i been thinking about a tool box, mostly one that will fit between wheel wells and i could still have a best top.

ok best top would be used for anything that wont fit in the cab or i don’t want in the cab that needs to be dry. tool box would have some basic tools(wenches pliers, screwdrivers, duck tape, wire ties, maybe small first aid kit, tow strap D-ring receiver, maybe small air pump of some kind. fix a flat, maybe a shovel or axe. also all the smaller stuff will be divided in to bags small bags.(wrenches and sockets in one. fix a flat, tape kinda stuff in one. screwdrivers and pliers in one.

ok enough you get the idea. also i mostly use my bed for kinda small stuff. unless on road trip.

maybe. if i did a best top and tool box i would have too. but i was also thinking about just a tool box. and that would go on the sides of the bed.

I had a UWS low profile over-the-rail toolbox. Then I got a bestop and planned to switch to the toolbox during the winter but ended up selling it cause I never used. I never miss the toolbox.

yeah i don’t know anything about tool boxes. except they are made from diamond plat mostly. and can lock.

yeah i like them over a hard one. can take it off my self, or just fold it down.
