I use my evos and my 1230's is very deep snow. You will be happy with either brand. The msr's are just more user friendly. Just my opinion though you can try mine and see which ones you like.

Can't wait for the end of the weekend. I'm heading out for some solo backpacking. 6 nights on the trail and I get to summit the highest point in Tasmania (about the elevation of Denver ) and fish in the deepest lake in Australia. :woot:

*sigh* Well, it looks like I can't the duratrac's. Everyplace is out of stock and are back-ordered for weeks. It's a shame because I really like those tires and they have worked great for me as well as you guys. I really don't feel like dumping even more cash on a tire that I really don't want so I'm gonna go with my original idea when I thought of getting new tires. I'm gonna get some treadwrights! Half the price aint bad so I'm gonna give them a whirl and if they don't work out, I won't be out as much cash eh? ;)

I'm going to be going to the Ski-Rex sale at Colorado Ski and Golf on Thursday morning. If you join their email, you can get a VIP invite. I did this last year and scored a great snowboard for really cheap so I'm gonna see if I can get the other things that I now need like new pants, some bindings, a new helmet and other odd's n ends. I would buy a snowboard but I've got my heart set on either a Neversummer Heritage or the new Cobra. I spent last year learning to snowboard again and managed to start hitting some of the medium jumps in the park. I've developed a love of powder and trees so I'm really hoping for more snow this year so that I can pursue improving my skills. Since my wife is a big Winterpark fan, we have the season passes for Winterpark and Copper Mtn. Let me know if any of you want a discounted lift ticket as we each get like 20 apiece and last year we only used 3 of them!

Thought that's what you wanted? On diesels they are beneficial.
