    Damn brutal!

    Actually no IHOP for me been mixing up Nutritional shakes for Breakfast for 2 weeks now. Something the wife wanted to do. Body by Vi? Not bad. Less then 250 calories even with real fruit in it and it curbs the appetite. I am supposed to do 2 a day to lose weight but just replacing breakfast for now. We shall see.

    Great lookin pup, and sunrise. I wish my dog got up with the sunrise but she has been in the 5:15 mode lately and its still completely dark at that point.

    sean, what about muscle milk? i drink that after my morning ride to work 3 times a week. Not as a meal replacement though, id be a rail if i didnt eat either a breakfast burrito or salmon and cream cheese along with the muscle milk. :D

    It's filled with with fillers... I would recommend something cleaner with out the extra fillers and better macro/micro count.

    She bought it. I am simply using it to cut the calories for a meal. I am enjoying the jogs and the bowflex work outs.

    Cool cool good to know. I was drinking the EAS shakes but they taste horrible. I find i cant eat very much in the mornings. In the evenings after my ride home i usually do granola, yogurt, blueberry's, vanilla ice cream, almond milk, and acai frozen pack. Blend all that together as a pre meal shake. I eat and eat and eat, cant seem to put weight on easily. Although right now all im doing is riding the bike to work so i need to start utilizing the gym i have here at my work and lifting. My wife would be happier with me if i lifted.

    It is Ketring Lake a few blocks from the house. Part of a daily 2 mile walk Georgie gets. I jog with Tango.
