    Any idea if they are able to do sponsorships? With the bigger meets that we have it would be nice to have a sponsor here and there. Our next big TW meet is in Superstition in January in years past we have had 60+ members go to this meet.

    I'm not entirely sure how much flexibility they will give us for local events, but I will ask. I know how big TW is, and I will need to get more customers in there to offset the Jeeks. :D

    As I get settled in, I will have more information. But if you don't mind, keep me in the loop about upcoming meets, and I will definitely include them on my calendar.

    Hell yeah! I was pulling for them last night but that braves pitcher pitched lights out. Did you see the press confrence with the new owners? They were talking big time about next season is going to be a winning season. Pretty excited for this new ownership!

    Thats what I was sayin' about 2 months ago dave.. I think we all knew this season was gonna be a wash, all because of the uncertainty of front office management & the sell.. But after Listening to Tony Gwynns statements & endorsement about the new owners I felt 100% better about next season...

    "Oh yeah, this guy IS baseball, & has the pockets for a winner & isn't afraid to spend it." His words, I was stoked after hearing that, if Tony says it, it def. has merit, next year.. pennant you heard it here first...;)
