    Nah, staying with 17in wheels. Stealth Custom Series had a killer deal, I dig the look, and they actually have 'em in matte gunmetal so I can avoid black.

    And frankly, with the whirlwind of shit I've done to this truck in the past 2 months, I just don't have the ching for a new ~$1300 set of tires right this instant.

    honestly i love the km2's but they do suck in snow....i too have seen the toyos handle everything thrown at them perfectly....but im also short on money and have with with a couple guys running the treadwright guard dog mt's (old style mtr) and there just as good and hold up perfectly compared to my km2's....and i can get 5-315/70/17 shipped for less then 1k .......they will be my next tire, unless i land a killer deal on 285-75-17's or used 35's somewhere else

    It's really the only achilles heel of that tire. Other than that, they kick ass at everything else (For an MT - some things just can't be overcome. Don't expect them to act like all-season radials).

    My snow here is heavy wet shit , more like white mud .

    Anethema runs them in BC interior and says they do great in snow but I think he has the centre blocks siped

    and they handle snow if its deep pretty well its hard pack icy shit that they slip around on...i aired down to 20psi on the street when it snowed and i had no problems at all and if you sipe them i hear there much better...i will always highly recomend them...there just not a dedicated snow tire

    This...they don't like the clay like shit that packs in, freezes there, and doesn't clean from the treads.

    Heavy wet or lighter sand-like snow they handle just fine aired down. We usually get the latter here, during our twice-a-year snowfalls.

    mr. oz id recomend the duratrac to you as long as you dont play on lots of sharp rocks all the time...there amazing in the snow,better then any dedicated snow tire ive seen on a truck
