Yea Jerry, pics of the kick out would be great. Maybe a side by side comparison?

Here they are side by side. NOTE the non kickouts shown are 1.5" wider then normal per the customer request.

Those kick outs are nice. Any way I can customize mines so that the kickout is shortened in length by a few inches? The fj has really long front doors. I like the extra 1.5" width though

That's just for the bolt on sliders with 3 legs.

it's 23.5" from the back of the tube to the tip of the angle.

Does this mean the group buy is still on? If so, I want in! (I missed the original notifications due to working outside the office... Brfff...)
Please PM me. I can pick up from you, and I work next door to a powdercoater.

    Edit" DCSB w/ no kickout.

Looks like most FJ sliders on the market are 60" in length. Do you think the 65" will be too long? I measured the side of the FJ and 65" is pretty much the full length of the side.
I am all for more protection, as long as they don't rub or interfere with any other part of the truck.
As for the kickout, I think it would be better if it was shortened by a couple inches. Also, in the pic you have above I noticed there was no tube inside the kickout portion like the other ones you have for the tacomas. I would like that too if possible.
I will also be PM'ing you soon for powdercoating and welding services.
    Thanks Jerry!

mm well maybe you can swing by the shop in the next week or so nd we can make sure before I build them at 65" the tube was not added on the shorter sliders because it looked too cluttered but I can add them if you want.

Yes they do 20* if you want them more or less let me know.

I can try to go to the shop, but thats pretty far for me coming from SJ. I was only planning on making the trip up there and picking them up when they were ready.
I do want to make this work though.. I can take good pictures of what you want and the exact measurements if that would help. But if you need my FJ there, I will figure something out.

Stopped by the shop yesterday and chatted with the guys. As soon as I found out about the 20% off deal right now on sliders, I just *had* to run right home and place my order! :p Can't wait for them to be done. Going to be pretty much the first mod/addition to my new-to-me Tacoma.

    :stoked:
