    Yeah, very hard. Had to use a crescent wrench then grinded off the bolts at the end and used a torque wrench to tighten it. Took forever

    Ok just making sure, something is up with the nut or threads. Shit should not be that tight. I didnt even torque them because I was putting more torque on them just to get it to turn then what the manual calls for them. Tighten them, then wheel it, then tighten them again is my advice.

    Every U bolt I have ever put on or installed has been tight like the All Pros. I am just guessing but I think they are designed that way to keep them tight.

    Technically you should replace the u-bolts if you replace the leaf pack. You're supposed to only torque those bolts once.
