It is a Distinct bar. I did some shimming to gain a little more clearance between the bumper and bar itself. I have about a 1/2" of clearance on the backside of the light.

I thought it was a distinct bar, looks great. I just ordered a rigid ES 10" for mine, so I'm glad to hear it can be mounted with some room to spare.

What are you using to mount it behind the grill?

I have one of the Elusive Elements light bars now made by B.A.M.F. JLee of B.A.M.F. Makes an attachment specifically for the rigid 20" LED bars. I ordered it from the B.A.M.F. website and he shipped it out the next day. Still waiting on the bar and the light to show up in the mail

Looks good! I plan on mounting mine on a light bar.

I did a 30" in the lower grille. However, I think its killing a lot of the air flow.

(This light bar has the outer white, and inside amber on two switches.)

I just installed this setup yesterday in my truck and it is a really tight fit with a Satoshi grill. I had to do a little dremel work to get it to fit. I put a 20" SR series in there. I can take some pics later today if you want.

Yeah I found that out yesterday when the bar was mounted and I couldn't get the grill back on. What did you have to dremel? Looks like I'm going to have to drop the bumper :-/. Looking forward to see what you did and pics.

I ended up dremeling out a small section of the middle bar in front of the radiator. Here are some pics to show what I did. Also I added some rubber so that the RI Bar doesn't rub on the metal.

Here is how it looks once I put it all back together

Hope that helps some. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Damn... Talk about timing. I have been wrestling with mine for the past few hours trying to figure out how I was going to mount it. I was thinking about cutting some of the radiator support away, as you did, but wasn't sure if I should.

Not really sure if I should have, but I tried moving it around to see if I damaged the stability/rigidness of the support but because I left the support somewhat intact, the support still is rigid and feels solid to me. Its still a really tight fit, but I did get it in there.

Looks great! The plate bumper I ordered from socalduckslayer integrated the SR20" light into their design. Where you purchase the light bar from?

This is my plan for tomorrow... Use a metal blade on my skill saw and cut the main bracket then cut the radiator support higher up so the bar will be high enough to throw the wide beam and not be blocked by my bumper.
