This, that was complete bullshit. A good game anyway. I think it is safe to say that Vandy is a sleeper in the East.

 

I have a feeling Shaw will be taking lots of advil in the morning.

Damn! A week defensive secondary & no receivers open most of the night. Might be a long season for our running QB & HB. No passing game will equal alot of games lost. We squeeked by on this one but don't see much success in the future if this continues.

 

If you guys can't find a receiver to step up, you're gonna have 9 in the box all year. I told you guys it was gonna be a close one!! A win's a win in the end, though. Might have been first game jitters. Hopefully for you guys Shaw's injury won't nag him all season. That would be a real disaster.

 

Wish PI had been called to see if Vandy could have gotten it done, b/c CLEARLY there was interference. Oh well.

IMO, SCe is not a top 10 team. I don't know why they're getting that kind of respect.

Honestly, I would rather be in your position on the couch. Closer/better view and I can drink a few beers Gotta go to the game though, its a family traditiion and my dad supplies the tickets

 

The level of ignorance in this thread is astounding.
South Carolina didn't get its 6th pass completion until the 4th quarter. Cant really say anything about vandys performance after all the fact that they made it out of the tunnel was good enough for them.
If you think that was a good game then you my friend are a fucking idiot.

I enjoyed watching it. I think any game that is close to the end is a good game. Is that ignorance?

The only reason it was close was
the quality of play was so poor. I enjoy a close game as much as anyone. But I can tell shitty play when I see it.

^^^ And the really sad part is, Drifter is right for once.

 

Def a blown call, but there were a ton of missed calls for South Carolina as well. We certainly didnt play like a top 10 team, but Vandy sure isnt a doormat anymore. We obviously looked like shit but if Shaw had hit a few receivers and had more than 67 yards passing this game would not have been close.

I really do think they are going to surprise some teams this year.

 

I've gone for 39 years straight (at least one game a year) and had season tix for 15 years but babies take control of your life...LOL

I'll go to at least one if gramma n grampa want to kid sit.
