    x2, the body roll felt worse with stock suspension and sway bar than it did with the OME lift with no sway bar. And after 2+ years running it this way, it still feels much better than stock.

    Thinking about taking my sway bar off...

    but i was thinking that if im already blowing cv boots with the sway bar on wont i blow them even faster with the more articulation that comes with taking off the sway bar???

    x3. Although, I'm running 2.5" coilovers...helps a bit. Never felt any scariness taking corners and I mob the fuck out of the gravel roads I live on. Swaybars bring the fail.

    Driver's side is stock, I replaced the passenger side with an Auto Zone CV due to a torn boot that I noticed when I installed the lift over 2 years ago. Still running the same CVs.:eek:

    both my cv boots are acutally blown right now and i was just going to replace them with whole new cv axels? to my knowledge they are still stock cv axels & boots..

    Reboot or new cv axels?

    I think simply replacing the axles is an 'easier' fix, but you're probably better off rebooting the OEMs if that is what they are. Toyota OEM axles are said to be stronger/better quality than any auto parts store brand CVs and from what I've seen, I'd have to agree. If you replace the axles and turn in the old ones you'll probably run about the same costs as rebooting.
