Take out the 2 bolts. There are push pins on the top left and right, directly below those there are push pins on the lower portion of the grill as well as 1 push pin in the lower center.

Once you get those off grab the lower driver side and pull.

Honest it's 2 clips and 2 Phillips screws and then as you can see the grill unclips from the bottom by pulling it away from the truck.

    Reverse to reinstall

Those 2 plastic pins - you need to pull the centers up with a flathead screwdriver and they just pop out.

If you are forcing it you are doing it wrong.

You didn't have to remove the three on the bottom? Mine wouldn't come off without removing them

Mine didn't come out easily so I pulled it straight up fairly hard and off it came, aswell as some broken plastic from somewhere. Now its not a problem!

The bottom 3 did not hold in the grill on my 2012. I also pulled it out/forward and not up.

the only things that held my grill in were the 2 Phillips screws, 2 black clips on top and the snap ins along the bottom.

    YMMV.

Interesting, I pulled mine away from the truck as well, but it wouldn't budge without removing the lower push pins. The pins went through the grill and the three holes that are in the bumper that your pic shows.

Monster - where was your truck made? I wonder if there are subtle differences in how they mounted the grills depending on where it was built or when.

Just guessing here but the 3 lower clips did nothing for when I replaced by grill.....
