yeah buddy, and if its very slight vibrations like i seem to have i dont think it will cause any problems. At least all the searching i have done doesnt seem have me worried. Someone tell me if i should be? ha ha ha

From other people it seems like to completely get rid of it you are either lucky or have a one piece drive shaft installed.

It's not red anymore. Now gotta put the trim on and I'm gonna roll on bed liner the trim like my rear bumper.

That is a hell of sale at Harbor Freight. I should get over there! :p

Bad i poop pic but it looks like you are doing a good job. :D
Front diff drop will not do anything for vibes of that nature. Typically the diff drop is to reduce the CV angle but usually has issues with aftermarket skid plates. It is the drive shaft. Try spacers in the carrier bearing but quite honestly unless it is bad I would not worrry about it. I have a slight vibe when I romp it and the axle wraps a tad but got used to it after that. If the drive shaft isn't vibing then big lug tire will shake you anyways. :D
Might lead to a bit of faster part wear out on U joint or carrier bearing but I have had it since I lifted it and not much of issue thus far (knocks on wood.:)). One pieces are great but when approaching ledges off roading you run a greater risk of binding the drive shaft and damaging it. So unless it is bad I would just keep a couple of U Joints in the truck with you for that day when it finally goes.

For Carrier bearings look up on TTORA "Wookie Strength Carrier Bearing". Bad ass replacement that will never go bad. Not cheap though so I suggest replacing it once your current carrier goes bad.

Correct. I used only washers. Wasn't eliminated completely, but a HUGE difference.
