    what are you serious?

yes a ford truck can be trouble free and nice to its owner. i can tell you i would never buy one and i'm certainly not a fan boy i buy only what works for me its that simple. i have owned ford trucks in the past and to be honest i don't think i'll ever own another one especially a really expensive new one. i just don't feel the confidence to go out and drop a shit ton of money on a brand of truck i have had some pretty bad experiences with in the past.

imo the tundra is the nicest looking and best performing full size in the states. out of all the f150's and tundras sold i still feel confident enough to say that the toyota will be the better truck over the long haul regardless.

not to mention the ops thread is way off track now his truck is bad ass and pretty much everyone on here would like to own it i know i sure would.

I too would like a cookie.

The F150 is at the top of my list. Granted who knows what will be out when I'm ready to replace about the Taco. Wonder if they will offer a locker on the next Tundra since its the only full size truck out there that doesn't offer it. That's one thing nice about the F150 and GM twins for those who want a locker its a widely available option across the line that doesn't require an "off road" specific model to get one.

To sean266, 505HP is a big number i cant argue that, But its also on a truck that weights almost 7000 pounds. I will agree, this truck is probably pretty ballsy but why put so much power into a 4x4 truck...? Its like the people who put insanely large wheels on cars like the new Challenger or Camaro, It really sickens me to see people who do that shit, Its supposed to be american muscle with fucking 16" cragars! Not 22" giovanni fucking 5k wheels.

I think Tundra is the bossy work truck and the Tacoma is the slick all around more mildly mannered truck.

No disrespect meant if any taken! I never want to bag on someones vehicle when it at least looks good and has somewhat of a blueprint.

So a lifted Tundra is a work truck? Whys that?
If it was slammed would it be a homie truck or still a work truck?
Why isn't the Taco a work truck in your eyes?
What do you consider Dodge and Chevy trucks to be?

    Btw: do you even wheel?

Edit: no disrespect from my end. Serious questions.

I agree with Sean and Devin and the owner of this awesome truck.
I really want a Tundra Crewmax myself, would probably get this one if it was local.
I am not getting a Tundra to be a work truck. It would be used for transportation as a DD 90-99% of the time, to and from work, restaurants, stores, etc. Some weekends here and there it would be for hauling stuff, camping, etc. I don't have anything to tow but that is not my concern. If i did, i guess i wouldn't have to be worried. Eventually maybe a trail only rig or quads/motorcycles.
The lift, tires and supercharger are things that make the drive more exciting and more fun to drive as well as add some features to help with the other stuff the truck is used for.

Hell i have a 6" lift on my Tacoma and love it. Great height, great ride, fun to drive. Can find that perfect camp spot down the trail too. Glad i did it.

    No thanks.
It's a sweet truck, but if I was interested in buying it, Body lift and spacers(unless they are wheel spacers?) are a deal breaker. Should have just left it alone with the 6" Pro Comp

Yes they are wheel spacers. The body lift was added just for looks as an after thought to make the truck look more paportional.
