Guess I'll step up to the plate guys.

I'm a noob at setting these things up and I'm on my phone right now so I'm limited at the moment. I'll post more details when I get home to my computer.

I'm thinking sometime in Late Sept-Oct. I'll have to coordinate with my work.

U work 50-60 hrs a week. Damn, I don't work that much by far. Currently about 3-4 hrs a day. Oly been back to work since last Thursday. Apparently my schedule is misunderstood. My job is with potential customers and I sell them. Appt last about 2-2.5 hrs. Usually about 10 appts a week, currently only 1 a day until I'm all healed up. 52k in sales in my first week back not counting what I do at today's 10 am appt. my commission on that is the gold mine and hy it's worth it for me as a job. May not be the best hours, but I "work" far less than anyone here :) and make happy money.

Wo wants to come north and help me build 4 deck stairs. I never done and not sure how. Can I buy premade stringers or do. Need to cut hem?

More hrs working > less hrs in more days ....IMO.

all depends on the distance they span. grab a book from home depot and read it. or do some web searching for NJ building codes. it's easy peasy. didn't pAp tell you how to do this like 6 months ago?

you can always ask in the contractors thread, just remember building codes vary from country to country.

Pap no give stair instructions, may have gena make dinner and get him here :)
Looked online and tried to find codes, but building within code is fucking silly it seems, makes little sense in some places

dude your house is on a cliff....this IS when you build above code not under it.

If my memory is correct (it's been years) steps need to be between 7" and 8" tall so take the distance you need to span and the drop then figure it out. just remember the riser distance is to the top of the tread so be sure to include that.

I work 12 hour days, but when you break it down its only 14 days a month. This time of year I cut lawns for some extra winter cash.

With the steps what I did was I bought one Pre made stringer from Lowes and used that as a template, I'm no builder but it worked out fine for me.:)
