There's a BIG part of me that eants a rig like that. I wouldn't buy it from a dealer that way though.

It was a matte clear coat over the original glossy... they masked out the emblem portion so it would still shine..

That is a nice truck.. but for that price you could buy a stock taco and make it way more capable then that...what I could do with $56k...

Definitely one of the coolest things about the Tacoma. The aftermarket support lets you build out an overland rig, or a desert racer, or an arctic-ready snow machine. It's slick to see the wide variety of rigs like your build and this one that are completely divergent as to functionality but all relevant to their user and all pretty slick.

Sidewall clearly reads 265/70/17. So it really is worth their sticker price.

I actually really like the matte paint, at least in the pics. But, are you really alowed to wheel in national parks down there?

I didn't check the FJ Price.. I do believe it has an xplore pkg also.. the tent assembly was contained on the FJ roof rack..

If you look behind pic 2 you can see a little of the FJ with the Tent opened on top

The FJ is tempting at 53k.
The Taco isn't worth nearly that.

Ya but only compared to the overpriced taco does the FJ "seem" reasonable. I guess if you could haggle them down to 48 then ya. I still only see 45k worth of even the FJ.
