A little late but grill it medium rare and slice it really thin from northeast to southwest across that grain. Makes it nice and tender.

from what i've read, i need to grill it for about 30 minutes, then let it sit for 20 minutes, slice, serve

Try this. Place the thumb and index finger of one hand together. Now with the index finger of your other hand, feel the area just below your thumb. That's "rare". If you place your pinky finger and thumb together then feel the area just below your thumb, that's what well done feels like.

I would salt and pepper it at a minimum then grill that puppy over the fire on both sides. Couple or three minutes on both sides-just enough to put some grill marks on it. Then move it back to a cooler part of the grill. Cook five minutes on a side then check it using your finger. Your thumb and fucker finger is medium rare. keep flipping and checking until you get somewhere between rare and medium rare is where you want to be when you take it off the grill--cover it will some foil and let it sit at least as long as you cooked it-remember, it will keep cooking while it's resting so make sure and take it off shy of what you want it to end up as.

The slicing info above is spot on. Just a note, cooking time depends on weight and fire heat. And as hokey as it sounds, the finger and thumb thing is a good indicator for doneness.
