I have noticed that on bumpy roads, my radio/mp3/cd turns off, and at night time, the orange lit controls go out, but then come back on. I know its a wiring issue, but have you guys experienced this before? It's on a 2009 to... I guess I have to back to the dealer... I hope it's not a recall...

It's hard to duplicate, but when it happens, I get so mad!

Funny, mine does the same thing. I am worried about going to the dealer because I can't duplicate at will....it seems to getting worse too! The volume controls work when they want too, the SAT channels change by themselves and the lights go out at night. (this is all after hitting some random bump).

If you get it replaced at the dealer, make sure they don't give you a lesser model head unit. Some dealers have done that to people.

Yeah, real irritating right? I hope more people respond so we can print this and bring to the dealer. Yes, it is very hard, I bring my small digital camera with me and try to take a small video so I can show the dealer...

Mine does the same thing. It's an 09 sr5 4 cyl. Took it to the dealer last friday, and he's going to order a new radio for it. Got no argument.

Great idea...I can catch it with my blackberry camera/video so I have proof. The new truck is just about due for it's first oil change, so I will just add this to my running list. Dealer is going to LOVE me this time around (I also plan to show up with my track bike in the bed so they see I need to TSB on the rear suspension done.

It would be nice to have a dealer that does not balk at the requests you bring them!!
