i used a dry rub on it (dillo dust) and its been sitting in the fridge for a day

i know about the doneness levels and the finger/thumb thing but i'll try the 5 per side thing. i have a huge grill so i can do indirect for a while as i had planned. and i'm using charred wood so it'll kinda have a smokey flavor. i am going to check it with a meat thermometer and take it off at 125, cover with foil and let it sit

edit: they pretty much close off the hole river front down town, are shot off train tracks that go over the river. use to shoot of a dif bridge but it is under construction. like the hole deck has been taken off and stuff.

 

This is a PSA. If you play in mud hose off your radiator. This is just from the radiator and after having previously hosed it off as best I could without removing the fan shroud. Yes, that's tire tracks in the mud.
