I keep seeing all these RTT's and I've always wanted one but they are fat and I think its just easier to just throw a sleeping bag under the truck and pass out.

 

till it rains..or snows..

its the best thing i have purchased for my truck IMO. I love it. So much more comfortable and warmer/cooler. So worth it.

No you couldn't have it in line with the roof, they are just too long. You'd have like 8'' i think sticking out the back..would look retarded. They are made so that the front is lower then the rear tho to be very slim so on top of a topper..it would be great.

and you mean a Flip pack? yea those are cool. I don't think they look great in a Tacoma..but they work great. Fucking way expensive tho..

they are nice, but i feel like they would hold you back on some trails..but not too bad id think.

Also a guy in Red lodge just north of me is supposed to have one..but he hasn't been active in a long time

 

idk..maybe it just seems that way. They are super nice tho..but damn bro..5 grand. PLUS you have to build your own interior. Which i think is cool..but time consumming.

Id want to see one in person first before i added that to my wish list. Still cool tho for sure.

Looks like the exact same Chinese made one i have. And Mike. They are all the same really. Now as for the company and got nothing. I can tell you Bobby at CVT is the greatest dude i have ever done business with tho..Amazing customer service and great tent.

 

gotcha i found these guys somewhere and they seemed cheap for what other rtt companies were asking... guess ill have to explore some more

 

Yea cheapest i found was Camping Lab tents. But they don't really make em anymore.

Looks like CVTs are about 100 more then that other place..but again..EPIC customer service.

yea that was a huge help. 30% off. I got the MT Shasta shipped to my door for cheaper then it is listed on the site

could be one next year tho...

yea you live in a populated area that they might pop up enough. Also ExpoPortal has a bunch pop up too.

and the changing room on my tent is huge lol fit two more ppl with it haha takes longer to setup tho, i don't use it every trip

 

I've been on expo portal for a few months just always forget to check it out haha.. changing room sounds like something to get instead of a bigger tent

 

yea the room is really nice if you have the time to put it up. It zips up to the bottom then the floor zips on and your have to stake it down which is what take a while. Doors on all 4 sides tho. Its quite nice.

Plus leverage to convince the women in your life for a nice place to change while standing up haha

i know..who on this site that is a true TW addict has one of those...well..unless you had one before you got on here then your usually safe..ish..hahaha

the actual tent it self is WAY easier and nicer. i love it.

 

I'm looking forward to having both of these soon
