    You'll be fine, you're a visitor, the CHP can't expect you to re-configure your vehicle to accommodate the laws here if your on a short vacation, if anything he/she will chat with you and give you a warning.
    My Parents live near Prescott and come over all the time in a nasty Shelby with blacked out windows and only the rear plate.
