YES. I might try my 2 wheel truck but doubtful...

 

Last I saw his truck it wasnt lifted at all and the tires werent very beefy... Its a late 80's early 90's...

Sliders are always a good thing to have, I plan on having some on mine in the next couple weeks, if it goes as planned the 4x's will be on a couple single black diamond rated trails, not extreme but clearance/ poss. some damage to rocker panels, not saying there will be but like anything else theres some risk. but we'll spot where neccessary to try to avoid that, I'm fairly good getting guys thru without armor & without damage...

Its a 95 tacoma 4x4 with a front locker.
Trying to see which I would need more for this trip.
Sliders or better tires/ lift 2inch all around.

 

if your worried at all about body damage id get sliders first. if you dont have the grip there will be other trucks to help pull ya through

So your stock ? Standard or ext. cab ? & how do you feel about a little trail rash ? (not pinstripes but actual little ding)

 

Would not mind some more small dings .
Its standard cab with only headers,icon resis in the back and 5100s front. Not lifted tho.

 

Only way I'll go is if someone can guarantee me no damage, no pinstripes and I wont have to change any filters, I really would like to avoid any dust as well if at all possible. I would be super stoked if when we stop I could get a front parking spot too, like a good trip to Macy's.

in order to have a good time you have to expect to get damage here and there... its a part of 'froading. if you have the "shit happens it's apart of the fun" then you'll have a blast.
