Well I'm a little behind on this build thread and i didn't do a good job documenting so far but ill get you guys caught up for now.

    Heres how it sits now:

Here it is the day i got it all nice and shiny!

First thing I did was put in a Dynomax catback with super turbo muffler:

Then I put in some Husky Liners(not shown) and Wet Okoles:

Then I put in a new sound system. Alpine deck with a 10" square kicker with slipport and alpine amps for sub and stock speakers(not shown)

Blew out my rear shocks hauling soil so went and got some Fox 2.0 piggybacks:

Then came the Blackout! I did the wheels and badges with Krylon satin and soon realized I wanted some tougher paint so I got Rustoleum satin for the grille, emblem and rear bumper:

well I added about another grand worth of damage to my truck today. Got to the gate at the bottom of my road and realized I left my key at home. my gates on a slight incline and i was pretty close to the gate already but of course I had to be overconfident since ive done it plenty of times  . so I went to reverse, and my sandal got stuck between my clutch n all the plastic above it when I went to let off it so i rolled two feet straight into my gate! My gate had to be cut n welded to fit back in the slot and my truck was a little crumpled but not as bad as i thought I just had to bend n break some shit back into place
All the headlight mounting tabs besides one are broken, my passenger side fenders slightly bend inward, my grille is cracked and my bumper is sloppy as shit i can move it with my pinky.
    Bummer days....

I was going to say the same, however if this accident happens again, he's going to need a whole new fence. lol.

haha good point:D I was planning on getting front and rear plate bumpers from BruteForce in the near future anyways so im not too bummed. And now i have an excuse for some halos and a satoshi. And possibly some new glass if my fenders are really bent haha it's a blessing in disguise!

Im getting some 5100's to suffice for now but the plan is to get a nice mid travel setup in the front. Im planning on getting some custom fab work on my rear end in the next couple months from a buddy who does some really nice, clean work. Im gonna have him fab up a bedcage n shackles n possibly a SUA kit not sure exactly yet. Once my rear is long travel ill upgrade the front to long but thats a long term goal. What do you guys think about having custom shock mounts on the side of an engine cage? I've seen it done somewhere but cant find it.

They're nice but I wish they had better welds along the flange I think I have a crack in one but at first they sounded awesome

Been slacking on my build but last week I went and got my all my ball joints replaced, inner and outer tie rods, front wheel bearings, a drivers side cv and some used 5100 coilovers (thanks CayucosTacoma).

After replacing almost every moving part in my front end I figured the wobble shudder shake would go away, and it did for the most part, but theres still a vibration that I can feel at the wheels and mainly through the pedals. It comes and goes at certain rpm's but doesn't go away in 4wd. Do you guys think it might be the new coilovers and leafsprings messing with my dl angle causing vibrations? Im gonna lower the coils all the way and see if that helps, if not I might order a carrier bearing drop kit and see if that helps. I just hope it's not something serious like a ring and pinion

axle shims tend to help more than the carrier bearing drop.

could be a tire balance issue too.
