I think you'll be okay, although I'm not sure why you're sound flys twice in the same workout.

I use a lot of flies because i like the width and stretch it gives me. the first ones i do are two handed flys.

the second are like pull twist pushes. Works your tris, bis, shoulder, core , abs, chest and lats.

May I suggest you try doing flys first in your workout? DB flys or the pec dec. This will pre-exhaust them.

Ok, so if i do flys before i do any presses, should i increase the weight? or just more reps?

I just got back from the gym now and did a ton of kettle bell style squats and shoulders (mostly bar and cable routine) and barbell biceps. Im destroyed

My new found friends are quite knowledgeable, both have competed in women's bodybuilding and both work for supplement company's. One is also a posing coach, I hope to start a new path to transformation soon. :yay:

Am I the only person who doesn't take supplements here? I personally think they are overrated... I guess I haven't found the one that works for me... But when I was on them, I never really saw any real gains.... And ever since I stopped taking them, I've been eating clean with out supplements and gained close to 40 pounds in little over 1 year with a low Body Fat Percentage.

Supplements are exactly that, supplements. They supplement meals when needed, extra energy, and supply you with extra aminos and micronutrients that you cannot always get from your food.

nice i started at 203 and finished around 211-12. i am 5'11" and lost about an inch and a half from my waist. i did 5x5 and picked a exercise for each body part on that day and did a variation of the branch warren leg ext. instead of 2x50 i did 3x20. and tried to get some cardio or abs in whenever i had time between workout and work.....any way some good friends to have.

I do deadlifts on thier own day. 5 working sets
I rarely use supps. Not even protein unless I need to drive while I drink breakfast. When I do I stick to proven ones like ATX, or xtend. Back when you could get it I ran bold for 8 weeks.

Same, I might get a power bar or something in the morning before work if I don't have enough time to eat chow... But I just rather not put untested chemicals into my body and just get all my energy, calories, oils by just eating food.
