Ooops.. forgot about your body swap. You should wax everything and then throw some armoral on the tires to spice it up

Just swapped out my turn signals for clears. With the amber bulbs behind the lenses they still appear to be colored, but much more subdued than stock. I kind of like the hybrid/clear look but am wondering if I should get LED replacement bulbs to give it that totally clear look.

    What's your opinion?

    Here's before/stock:

Here's after with the amber bulbs installed:

It's totally legal to have clear lenses that blink amber :notsure:

Out of pure complacency I will probably leave the amber bulbs in. One day I'll get a bug up my butt to order the clear LED lights that blink amber. I do like the look of the cleared out front.

Next up, installing my clear corners.

    Yes its illegal..

you either need an amber housing with a white bulb or amber bumper with clear housing.

but hell if your not getting in trouble then who cares. I doubt any cop would stop you for that.

i like the hybrid look actually. Id get an LED amber bulb for it.

I vote for amber bulb until you can get clear led that blink amber. And nice job on the front plate, by the way :D

Like I said I'll be lazy about it since it works and it's legal.

So maybe it'll grow on me :notsure:

Or maybe when you come down to Colorado and do the blinker relocation mod for me, I'll get around to doing something about it :spy:

as long as it blinks amber
FWIW I'm looking into amber LED's as well :spy:

or those bulbs that are colorless until the filament inside lights up
