"GROUPME" Drpid and Iphone app for the Southeast

hey guys if you have a smart phone this applies to you.

I just got added to a "GroupMe" app (free) on my droid and its really fun and actually a really efficient way to get information out and also kill time.

Its basically like a chat room for your text messaging. So we could make a group on this app called "GroupMe" for the southeast region. The only thing we'd have to do is get out cell phone numbers to one person so they could all be added to the group. if this is too personal for yall and think its creepy let me know... lol

BTW if we do end up getting a few people on this app then i want yall to make sure you check into the setting and turn OFF the SMS text notifications and mess with the settings to your liking because it gets annoying to hear the ringtone every few minutes for a convo that you may not be apart of. also there is a sleep mode to shut it off while you are sleeping or in a meeting or whatever....

Not creepy, in the few TW SE meets I've been too it would have been nice to have #'s or some means of COMM in case a member needed assistance or got turned around.
