If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I will be adding some LEDs in the engine bay, winch area, and maybe the map lights in about a week or so. I'll prolly do a writeup too.

Not nerdy at all IMO, there's no light under the hood! It is more practical/useful than holding a flashlight and trying to work one-handed. I will use an On-Off-On switch mounted somewhere in the engine bay so I can have only engine bay lights come on or have the winch light turn on as well.

I ordered these ones from oznium.com; (2) 12" strips and (1) 6" strip. They use 3M adhesive, and seem to get excellent reviews with no complaints about them not adhering well, but we'll see.

I believe you miss interpreted the intent NERDY was used for. Regardless that would be nice to have engine lights.

This warm weather can fuck itself and then go die.

Also, sorry for not being able to come to the meet. I had an oil leak.

It was $35. I've heard good things about them as far as warranty, customer service etc., so I was willing to pay a little extra to go with a reputable company.

    I don't know yet, I haven't had a chance to diagnose it. I haven't driven it in 6 days.

It's not bad though, there's only a few drops in my parking space that have been slowly accumulating. Hopefully this weekend I can figure out what's going on.

    Yep, like a month ago.

I threw a check engine light when I was in Montana last weekend. It went away after a day but I'm guessing the leaky oil had something to do with it.

Word. Hopefully that's the case. I'm not low on oil and nothing smells bad or anything.

    I've been here for 4 years. :p
