your lower shock mount heims looked a little rough around the edges in last nights pics. they could of used a good cleaning and lubing before install.

you need to grease the TC UCA bushings 'before' you install them. greasing them now should help. just overfill them until the bushings start bulging ever so slightly. then take short 5 minute drive to warm them up. then insert small allen key into zerk to release pressure from overfilling them. I do this once a month and after over 30k my bushings still look brand new.

    this

    looks like shit IMHO.

    should be:
    Camber 0*
    Toe 0*
    Caster 2.9*

you also need to tell the mechanic these numbers before hand. your truck is no longer stock thus stock numbers will not work for optimum performance.

just don't balloon the bushings to bad or you can damage them. now that I think about it you can loosen the UCA bolt and pump grease into it until it runs out the sides of the washers. then overfill as I stated above.

all you gotta do is ask man. we are all here to help. well at least I am 50% of the time :D

I didn't grease my bushings either yet :(. Ive been waiting on super lube to come in. So I should loosen that long bolt and start slowly pumping in grease, tighten then pump in more? Drive around then release pressure?

just release the pressure and all should be OK unless it's been like that and won;t go back down once the pressure is released.

Are these standard numbers for a 3" lift? Where did these originate from. I need to get mine aligned right so I stop chewing up my tires. Can this be achieved with stock UCAs?

yikes  not how I would treat expensive ass UCA's. I lube everything to keep the mud and sand out. I even lube the UCA bolt before sliding it in.

wtf is super lube? some new porn shit?

just use tried and true mobil1.

    after a year or two

O_O I couldn't find any mobil 1 synthetic grease and I checked several auto part stores and home depot and other stores. No one had any. I had to order the super lube off the internet because that's what TC recommends for their bushings anyways. I haven't driven my truck at all, I just put them together and installed it. I figured if I didn't drive it and I greased them up through the zerk fittings before I drove it, it would be fine :( I guess not. I just doused everything in a lot of tri flow before putting it on.
