    what do yellow fog lights do? looks? function? looks cool though.

    I wouldnt consider everyone with blacked out tails idiots, JMO. And if you were driving in AZ or VA and hit someone with blacked out tails you wouldnt have much of a field day. (all depends on the state)

    According to the AZ state legislature so long as you have 1 taillight that EMITS red light and is visible from a distance of 500 feet, youre fine and dandy, thus the light can be as black as night so long as when the brakes are applied you can see it. (in virginia subchapter E section 46.2 it states that a taillight must EMIT a visible red light at a distance of 500 feet from the rear)
