Yea it's hard to be on this site and not have the mod bug...in just under a year I've spent around $6000 on the truck. I'm glad my wife isn't keeping track.

 

Back in the day I used to take the half of the rent money I had, run up to Tahoe for a day, and earn the other half of the rent. I did that for probably a year. That's how I paid rent.

When it got to the point where I would not go to work for a day figuring I'd earn a weeks worth of pay gambling is when I realized I was starting to have a problem.

But one thing is for sure.

I never lost. NEVER. Good thing I stopped before I did.

No I stay away from the tables now. Not good to throw down $500 bets on one hand. I'm Asian so that makes it even worse.

 

Well at least your a lucky asian...I can't win thats why I tend not to go to the casino.

 

Because I never lost is what scares me. I was going bigger and bigger on the betting. I figure one day I was going to lose, and lose big.

So I stopped before I did. I was VERY hard to walk down that hallway back to the escalator and away from the noise and lights.

 

Dang this truck issue is really bothering me. I've never had my truck in the shop like this not knowing what is going on.

Another member here who is a tech says he thinks he knows what it is but still. I wonder what caused it to happen. Annoying.

 

Glad you were able to walk away from all that. Takes a ton of will power.

 

Maybe a loose gasket or hose, something small since it hasnt really been impacting the truck too much.
Thats what im assuming.

 

Damn babytruck, my problem was that I always won a nice Amount at first and got greedy. Oh I'm up 200? Better bet it all now. Shit I lost? Better bet bigger to recover. Oh wait, I'm broke and the dealer says I need help with my gambling problem. Awesome.

 

CHP officer is still on LS. Just had a little chat with my mom who works there and said that its crazy with all the LEO's visiting.

 

People would trip out because I would be on a good streak ...there would only be me and one other person at the table and then suddenly I'd get up and walk away. I would wear one of those hip packs and just like on TV I would scoop all of those chips directly into my bag, and as I walk away you can hear the sound they made. LOL

I thought the family was going to let him go today. I read that somewhere...???

 

oh wow I picture this so well in my mind.

 

I swear if they have to pull the tranny, I'm not keeping the truck. They are never the same if they are pulled apart.
