Lol. My foreman told our labourer he doesn't like to pick on me. Apparently I am a lil too quick at responding to him with smart ass remarks lol

I have had to employ those tools on several occasions...

New one today though: emailed a PDF copy of some plans to a customer. Customer responds that they received the plans but they are sideways on the screen. Could I send another set "right side up"? Ummm....could you just select "view" and "rotate" so that the current plans are right side up?

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Susan, my favorite these days is to tell the new guys to get a cup of k9p lube. They go all over. We finally send them over to the cop shack to get it.

shingles. what's your preference? My parents have to get their house reroofed - they did it 6 years ago but the shingles are defective and the manufacturer is out of business so I want them to get something better this time around. Everyone here does either GAF or Malarkey.

We always use Iko, and BP. 30 yr architectural shingles with an adhesive type underlayment. Either grace ice and water shield if in an high wind area or a low slope roof (although we have always recommended it grace for any roof if they wanted a full warrenty from us) or a product like bakor eave guard (adhesive underlayment with a gritty surface).

Also make sure there's proper ventilation in the attic
