    They are very well designed. A thoroghly modern take on the old classics. I have looked at many offerings, and their attention to detail is the best. And not cheap. They CNC all tha main components and cabinetty, and then hand assemble, adding custom touches to your heart's (and wallet's)content.

    Then there's the 4-inch mattress, no need to "pitch" in the rain/wind/snow, very manueverable and light and easy/fast to tow, and with the torsion bar suspension, pretty damn good clearance (15 inches). The builder says it can handle anything his stock J55 Landcruiser can pull it through. With the battery setup, it also and a shore power connection, inverter, and 12v accessory outlets. You can put a fridge on a slide-out rack in the galley. We are going to start with a steel Coleman chest on the slider, first. It also comes with a couple 1.5-inch receivers on either side of the rear frame so you can attach almost anything you can think of to those. And you can add roof brackets and throw an RTT and awnining on, too.

    Gee, can you tell I'm getting excited?

    Well it was junk and rattled every bump...so that stopped.

    ...and it seems to ride a bit nicer..might just be me though.:)

    :rolleyes: its still just fabric...plus i like setting up camp and leaving it all behind. seems it would be a pain to have to set up and take down every day.
