Kind of a 2 part question.. I've got my front 5100's set at 1.75" and a 2" aal.
    1) I was able to get my alignment in spec after lift, I have no vibrations, but I do have a slight shudder at 10-20 MPH. Is the shudder from the back driveshaft?
    2) If I set the billies at 2.5" would my realistic amount of lift be more like 2.125"?? I'm thinking that since I have a V6 and double cab, I won't get the full 2.5" of lift.
Thanks for any input guys, Bill.

Did you do a CB drop? If you lifted the rear 2" I would start there. Then maybe axel shims if that doesnt take care of it.

And all those measurements on 5100s are approx.

When I put the aal on, my leaf packs were a little sacked out and almost flat. I finished my 2000 mile road trip today with 400 lbs in the bed and 100 in the cab so I think the back should have settled to 1.75" or so. At least that's what my plan was haha

I haven't done the CB drop or axle shim.

do the CB drop for the shudder, im not sure about the lift question, your alignment might not get all the way in spec after you go all the way up, but your ride will b more stiff.

I've been @2.5" for 3 months or so on my DCSB OR all I have to say its super stiff. My alignment was not a problem got it right where it should be. Next step for me is gonna be 885's @0 and 1/4" plate spacers to get full 3" and TC uca's so yeah OP 2.5" is not really a problem you just gotta deal with the more "truck like" ride

Im also set at 2.5 and a 2" AAL in rear, No cb drop no shims, i dont get any noises and im in spec with my alignment. I do have quite the truck feel when i offroad and at that time when im on a trail im wishing i would have just saved up for coilovers but other then that i love my billys. Just dont expect an amazing ride on the trail haha

I had the same front end set up for a bout a month. It was just way to rough at 2.5 and the stock coils. I gave the guys over at DSM a call and purchased the OME 885x coils. The ride is 100X better, noticeably stiffer than stock but no where as stiff as the OEM, 2.5 setup. The 885x and billies @ 0 give the same amount of lift as the OEM and billies set at 2.5. Just took measurements yesterday and everything has settled down to 2.5'' of lift over stock with 1/4'' taco lean spacer.

2011 DCSB OR - I'm running Toytec/Eibach springs, Bilstein 5100's (set at .85) and WHE 3 leaf pack (rear 1.5" lift). No CB drop or vibration problem.

The springs are longer than the stock springs and ended up getting a 2.5" lift. The ride is really nice and (IMO) better than stock.

I'm only concerned about front end vibes and alignment. I have a Sport so I'm not too concerned about the ride.
