    I love the Mrs Renfro's black bean salsa. It's pretty mild but the flavor is great especially mixed with scrambled eggs as you're cooking. Haven't had all the other flavors but there's lots.

    I'm making this tomorrow. Never had coffee + beef but I guess the acidity and slooooow cook makes it really tender. I'm going to sear the meat first though and then deglaze the pan before putting the liquid into the Crockpot. If you think I should add something to it (it seems so simple) let me know:

    Everything came out good, the sandwiches were in the oven for over an hour on a low temp, everything was nice and melted. The soup came out good too I added some sour cream to each bowl to make it creamy, very good and fresh.

    Haven't posted in here for a while, but this is lunch today.

    Short story :Veggy orange chicken with a sweet and spicy stir fry! :hungry:

    I grilled red & orange bell peppers along with some tomatoes in olive oil that has had red chilli pepper flakes soaking in for a while. Definitely gives the veggies a nice little kick of fire.

    Then I cooked up the chicken in normal olive oil with out washing the pan which had a nice veggy spice taste and added the veggies back in the pan when I put the sauce on. All the while had a piece of sweet corn doing its thing in the oven.

    Cut the corn off and put it in the plastic ware with the rest of the food then shook it all up...which is why it looks all messy :eek:
