    they came off fine!...but the bolts wouldnt go back for shit....im gonna have to drill out all four of them ): what type of bolt should i use? material?

    That's a good question I can not answer. When you get a good answer let me know. My shit's been leaking for over a year. Apparently 3/8" grade 8 is not good because it does not expand/contract with the flange with heat/cooling and will leak.

    Also there is apparently a torque setting you should not exceed, but I have yet to find out what it is.

    There has got to be at least one person who knows what bolts/torque to use :popcorn:

    i think a stainless bolt should work....but idk lol....how long do you think it will take to cut the stud and drill it out? on all 4.....lol

    Grab your self some wax and long sleeves. wax the bit and start drilling. Mine didn't take long at all. I didn't even start off small, just threw in a large bit and drilled them right out. I only had to drill out one on each side though.

    did you take the y pipe off to do it? or did you remove it? cut the studs before?

    I was in the process of taking the Y pipe off to replace it with a DT Y pipe and snapped 2 of them. I cut them flush and drilled them with the Y pipe off. Less drilling that way.
