i saw that one of my state tax refunds went into my account today, so i ordered my tires. i got them off ebay for $450 shipped. they are the bfg mud-terrain to km's in LT255/75/17. So i'll be jumping from the like 30.6 stockies to 32.2. and losing the half in in width didnt seem to make much of a difference to me. and i ordered some black shock boots for the rear and i'll be picking up a 1" block for the rear too. its x-mas!!! lol

My bad, but to the tires, I couldn't agree more, the bfg's are the tire of choice. :D

What about the headlight reflectors? You really need to do something about that.

nope...brand spankin new w/ the stickers on em. they are apparently closing out all the 255/75/17's and not making them anymore. if i had the space to store them and them not dry rot, i'd buy another set. i did see on tirerack reviews though, that people were getting over 100k miles w/ those tires.

they've got a nice, loud hum to em....havent gotten them over 50 yet, but i'm guessing that the exhaust will still drown most, if not all, of the sound out.
