    6.4 is a decent motor, besides the MPGs haha Better than the 6.0, but wish it was a 6.7 or 7.3. I told him he should have just blown the whole thing up since it's under warranty. Also said he should've bought a Tacoma :D

    You do know that a 6.4 is a maxed out 6.0 right? Only difference is more egr bullshit and a high pressure fuel pump. I would never own a 6.4 EVAR. I'd own a 6.0 before a 6.4

    I've heard something like that before. Ive also heard that 6.0s go to shit after 100K. They should have just stuck with the 7.3, couldn't beat it. This is starting to be a Ford thread. Don't ban me! haha

    the 7.3 was becoming out of date. Emissions on the engine would have killed all of the power and torque it could have made. They needed to make a engine with more power better mileage and more economicly friendly. Thus International introduced the 6.0. And i have seen, driven, and have family with 6.0's with well over 200k miles on them.

    Very true, I know of many people with 6.0s and never had a problem. Guess it depends on the upkeep.
