Ok cool and do race radios have to have preset channels or they can go thru all of them ?

we use strictly race or HAM radios on the commercial frequencies between 151.625 and 153.380...

if you pick up an Icom V8000 in time, you will want to remove D13 from the circuitboard so that you can transmit as well as receive...

there are a number of so-cal TW members who are working pits on tomorrow's race and they have radios, so just team up with them...

given there will be a lot of teams out there, i am working to keep the support crews planted at pits and not hot chasing...

too sketch to try and keep track of everyone out there in the dark...

if you get a pre-set radio, they give you all of the standard race channels like Weatherman, Yokohama, BFG, MORE, and a string of the Baja ones too...

if you get a HAM like the V8000, you can plug any frequency within the 2M range that you want... there are even frequencies that tap into certain police scanning frequencies so you can listen in on their transmissions...

plus, with a HAM, you can program your own private channels that others can't really stumble upon unless you give them the PL codes...

Can someone give me a crash course on valving shocks. Mine are 25/75. No clue what that means

How to make faster/slower rebound and harder/softer compression. And are mine setup alright for a neutral to start tuning

I dont know why Fox gives the stupid numbers instead of thickness but here is a chart, I dont know if Fox labels the compression or rebound first but there is no 25 on this chart which means you are extremely light on valving. The higher the number the more resistance to movement. IE a higher number will make the shock compress and rebound slower

Are you sure its 25? 25 would be less than an 8 stack.

    Compression is labeled first.
