    Yeah, it was pretty disgusting. That is the hardest part about selling my house, is letting all of these strangers in my house without me being in the house.

    Right now it is by appointment only and they must approve it with my realtor and us first. I will be having a small talk with my realtor next time she calls to make sure that we are only showing to pre-qualified people. The lock box sits inside unless we know someone is coming to look by appointment.

    North Dakota is good for one thing. You can gamble in the bars. Have made 160 so far... I'd say an alright trip. Would rather be in Tacoma right now with a back stage pass to Willie Nelson though.

    I really lucked out when I sold my house about 10 years ago. I was on the stair stepper in the gym and got in to a conversation with the woman next to me. Turns out they were looking to buy, and the next morning her and her husband called and asked if they could look at the house. They made an offer that day, the house never even officially went on the market, the real estate agents never had a chance at their 6 percent.:D
